This form is provided before an order is placed, as required by the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation. The exact amount, items and delivery details of each order are shown again at the payment step.

2. Main Features of Products and Services

• Digital reports: AI-assisted numerology, astrology, dream and tarot reports prepared from name and birth details. Added to the account immediately after payment.
• Subscriptions and packages: Analysis credits per module, Pro reports and extra features for the chosen period. Duration, scope and renewal terms are shown on the order page.
• Live advisor sessions: Sessions with independent advisors, priced per minute or per package; the price is shown on the advisor's profile and before the session starts.
• Store products: Clothing made to order; size, colour and design options are shown on the product page.

3. Price, Taxes and Payment

• The sale price, including all taxes, is shown on the order page and at the payment step.
• Any shipping fee for store products is listed separately in the order summary.
• Payment methods: credit or debit card through a licensed payment institution, bank transfer, or Google Play billing in the Android app.
• Subscriptions are charged automatically at the start of each period and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the period.

4. Delivery and Performance

• Digital products and packages: immediately after payment confirmation, to the Buyer's account.
• Live session balance: to the account after payment confirmation; sessions depend on advisor availability.
• Store products: production and shipping times are shown on the product page; delivered to the Buyer's address within 30 days at the latest.

5. Technical Requirements

Digital services require an internet connection and an up-to-date web browser or Android device. Audio reports need sound output; live sessions may need camera and/or microphone permission.

6. Right of Withdrawal

As a rule, the Buyer may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. However, under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form, digital content delivered instantly, services started with the Buyer's consent (completed sessions) and goods made to order. When ordering, the Buyer expressly agrees that digital content starts immediately.

7. Complaints

Complaints can be sent to destek@kaderkodu.com.tr or +90 532 064 95 62. Within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, and above those limits to the Consumer Court.

8. Confirmation

Before confirming an order, the Buyer declares electronically that they have read and accepted this form and the Distance Sales Agreement.
