✨ Kader Kodu — Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is concluded electronically between the Seller identified below and the Buyer who places an order through our websites or mobile app, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. Consumers outside Türkiye also keep any mandatory rights granted by the law of their country of residence.

1. Parties

Seller:

Buyer: The individual or legal entity who provides their name, contact details and (for physical products) delivery address when ordering. Buyer details appear in the order record and invoice.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations for the following products and services purchased through kaderkodu.com.tr, kesfet.kaderkodu.com.tr, kaderkodu.com and the Kader Kodu mobile app:

• Digital reports: AI-assisted numerology, astrology, dream and tarot reports, including Pro PDF/Excel and audio reports.
• Subscriptions and packages: Web and app packages that provide analysis credits and extra features for a set period.
• Live advisor sessions: Balance and session packages used for video, voice or text sessions with independent advisors on the Discover (Keşfet) platform.
• Advisor services: Services for advisors, such as featured placement (sponsorship) in the advisor showcase.
• Store products: T-shirts, sweatshirts and similar physical products made to order in the Kader Kodu Store.

The main features, duration, quantity and price of each product or service are shown on the order page and in the Pre-Contract Information, which forms an integral part of this agreement.

3. Nature of the Service

Kader Kodu content (reports, interpretations and advisor sessions) is provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. It makes no promises or guarantees about the future and is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

For live sessions, the Seller operates the platform that connects advisors and Buyers. Advisors are not employees of the Seller and are responsible for the content of their sessions. The Seller may suspend advisors who breach platform rules.

4. Price and Payment

• Prices are shown in Turkish lira (TRY) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. For international sales, prices may be shown in the currency stated on the order page.
• Payment can be made by credit or debit card through licensed payment institutions, by bank transfer, or through Google Play billing in the Android app. The Seller never sees or stores card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each period using the same payment method until the Buyer cancels. The renewal amount and period are shown when ordering.

5. Performance and Delivery

• Digital reports and packages: Added to the Buyer's account immediately after payment is confirmed.
• Live sessions: Balance is added to the account after payment is confirmed; sessions start at the Buyer's request, subject to advisor availability.
• Store products: Made to order and shipped. The delivery time is shown on the product page and never exceeds the statutory 30 days. Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Except for the cases below, the Buyer may withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason, counted from the date the contract is concluded (services) or the product is delivered (physical products). Notice of withdrawal can be sent in writing to destek@kaderkodu.com.tr; refunds are made within 14 days of the notice using a method suited to the original payment.

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly (digital reports, packages that have been added to the account and started).
• Services whose performance has started with the Buyer's consent before the withdrawal period ends (completed live advisor sessions).
• Goods made to the Buyer's specifications or personal needs (store products).

When ordering, the Buyer expressly agrees that performance of digital content and services starts immediately and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal ends with that consent. Unused balance, packages never activated, duplicate payments and cases where the service could not be provided are handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Cancelling a Subscription

A web subscription can be cancelled at any time in account settings or by writing to destek@kaderkodu.com.tr. Subscriptions bought through Google Play are cancelled in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and the Buyer keeps access until then.

8. Defective Goods and Services

If a physical product is defective (faulty, damaged or different from the order), the Buyer's statutory rights apply. If reported with photos within 14 days of delivery, the product is remade free of charge or refunded. If a digital service cannot be provided due to a technical fault, it is provided again or refunded.

9. Personal Data

The Buyer's personal data is processed to fulfil the order and meet legal obligations, in line with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and, where applicable, the GDPR. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this agreement may be brought before the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and before Consumer Courts above those limits, at the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction took place. Complaints can also be sent to destek@kaderkodu.com.tr.

11. Entry into Force

Before confirming an order, the Buyer declares electronically that they have read, understood and accepted this agreement and the Pre-Contract Information. The agreement enters into force when the order is confirmed. The Seller keeps the agreement and order records for the statutory period and provides them to the Buyer on request.
