✨ Kader Kodu — Cancellation / Refund Policy

This policy explains the terms governing the purchase, cancellation, and refund of paid packages offered within the Kader Kodu application (numerology analysis packages, Pro PDF/Excel reports, etc.).

1. Method of Purchase

Paid packages in Kader Kodu are sold NOT through the Google Play or App Store in-app purchase system, but through a payment process conducted via our own website (kaderkodu.com.tr). For this reason, the Google/Apple store refund policies do not apply; the terms set out below apply instead.

2. Nature of the Digital Service and Right of Withdrawal

Kader Kodu packages are an electronic/digital service that is assigned to your account and can be used immediately after purchase. Under Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation, for services performed instantly in electronic form and for digital content, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised where performance of the service (activation of the license) has begun with the consumer's consent. You will be separately notified of this at the time of purchase.

3. Refund Conditions

• If the license has never been activated: If you have completed payment but have never entered and activated your license key in the App, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
• If the license has been activated and used: If the analysis/report allowance included in the package has actually been used (i.e. at least one analysis/report has been generated), a refund may not be possible due to the nature of the digital service. In such cases, your request will be evaluated together with your specific justification (e.g. the service could not be provided due to a technical malfunction).
• Malfunction caused by the service: If your license was not assigned to your account despite your payment, or if you were unable to use the service you purchased due to an error on the App's part, we will provide either a full refund or a resolution of the issue.
• Mistaken/duplicate payment: If more than one payment was mistakenly made for the same package, the excess amount charged will be refunded.

4. How to Submit a Cancellation / Refund Request

Please submit your cancellation or refund request to the email address below, together with the phone number you used at the time of purchase and the approximate transaction date. Requests are reviewed and resolved within a reasonable period from the date of submission (generally a few business days). Approved refunds are made using the same method as the original payment.
