✨ Kader Kodu — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 09.10.2026
This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected by the Kader Kodu ("App", "Service") mobile application and its web version, how that data is used, and how it is protected. Kader Kodu is a professional consulting application offering numerology, synastry (compatibility) analysis, baby/child name analysis, current-period reports, and client tracking (CRM).
1. Who Collects Data?
The App has two types of users:
- Consultant (account holder): The numerology consultant who registers with the App using a phone number and password.
- Client: The person the consultant provides services to, recorded in the consultant's own CRM ledger. Clients do not register with the App directly; their information is entered by the consultant.
2. Data We Collect
- Account information (consultant): First name, last name, phone number, email address, gender (optional), and password (stored as a one-way encrypted/hashed value).
- Client/CRM information: Name, date of birth, phone number, email address, notes, and tags entered by the consultant at their own discretion.
- Analysis data: Date of birth and name information used for numerology calculations; the content of generated reports.
- Device information: Device identifier, device label/model, operating system/platform, and app version number — used for account security and license management.
- Usage data: Which analysis modules are used and how often, for the purpose of tracking license/package quotas.
- Advertising data (only in packages that show ads): Google AdMob processes the device's Advertising ID, approximate location derived from the IP address, and ad interactions (impressions, clicks) to serve ads and to verify rewarded ads. For a rewarded ad, the license key and module name are passed to our server through Google so that the earned bonus credit is added to the correct account.
- Purchase data (Android): In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive the order ID, product ID and purchase token from Google to verify the purchase and add the package to your account; we never receive or store your card or bank details.
- Payment receipt image (optional, web): On the website, the consultant may optionally upload an image (a receipt photo selected from the device) as proof of a bank transfer. The App does not collect or process credit card or bank account information.
3. How We Use the Data
- Creating and signing in to accounts, and synchronizing across devices (accessing the same account from multiple devices).
- Calculating numerology analyses and generating them as PDF/Excel/audio reports.
- Backing up the consultant's own client records (CRM) in the cloud and synchronizing them across devices.
- Tracking license/package quotas and ensuring accurate billing.
- Facilitating, at the consultant's own initiative, the sending of messages to a client via WhatsApp/SMS/email (this sharing is carried out through the device operating system's own share/deep-link mechanism; the message content is not sent from our servers to any third-party SDK).
4. Sharing with Third Parties
- AI service provider (OpenAI): To generate personalized text suggestions ("prescription"/daily message) and premium audio reports (text-to-speech conversion), the relevant analysis text (name, and numerology data derived from date of birth) is sent to the OpenAI API. This data is not used for any purpose other than generating the report/audio.
- AI service provider (Anthropic) — Kader Kodu Keşfet live sessions: Messages typed in text chat and in the chat box of video/voice sessions may be sent to the Anthropic API for two purposes: (a) to generate replies of advisors clearly labelled as "AI Advisor", and (b) to prepare reply suggestions for a human advisor at their own request ("AI Assistant"). AI Assistant suggestions are shown only to the advisor; every message sent to the client is written or approved by the advisor. Audio and video of sessions are not recorded and are not sent to AI. This data is used only to generate in-session replies/suggestions and is not shared for marketing.
- Advertising network (Google AdMob): Free/ad-supported packages show banner ads and optional rewarded ads. Google processes data such as the Advertising ID and approximate location under its own privacy policy: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Users in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before ads are personalised; this choice can be changed at any time via the "🛡️ Ad privacy" link in the App. You can also turn off personalised ads in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID).
- Payment processor (Google Play): In-app purchases on Android are handled entirely by Google Play under the Google Payments Privacy Notice.
- Apart from the above, the App does not use any third-party analytics/tracking SDK, and precise (GPS) location is not collected.
- Data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention and Security
Data is transmitted to our own servers (PostgreSQL database) over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed one-way and are never stored in plain text. When you delete your account or delete a client record, the related data is removed from our systems.
6. Your Rights
Under KVKK (Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data), the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable, and other applicable laws, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your data, and to object to its processing. You can instantly delete your account and personal information (name, email, phone number) from within the App via Packages / Advisor Profile → Personal Information → Permanently Delete My Account; you will be asked to re-enter your password, and this action cannot be undone. You may also submit a request using the contact information below.
7. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect data directly from children under the age of 13. The baby/child name analysis module works by having the consultant (an adult account holder) enter the information of a third party (e.g. the consultant's own child or a client's child) as a client record; this data is not entered directly by a child.
8. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be published on this page.
