✨ Kader Kodu — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kader Kodu ("App", "Service") mobile application and its web version. By using the App, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

Kader Kodu is a consulting tool offering numerology, synastry (compatibility) analysis, baby/child name analysis, current-period reports, and client tracking (CRM). The App generates numerological calculations from information such as date of birth and name; these calculations are intended for personal awareness and entertainment/consulting purposes.

The content and interpretations generated by the App do not constitute medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice and must not be used for such purposes. For health, legal, or financial matters, always consult a qualified professional in the relevant field.

2. Account Creation and Responsibilities

• To use the App, you must create an account using a phone number and password. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. If you notice any suspicious access, contact us.
• When recording client information in your CRM ledger through the App, you are obligated to process the relevant individuals' information in a lawful manner; you may only retain your clients' data within the scope of your own legitimate consulting relationship with them.
• You may not use the App for unlawful purposes, in a manner that infringes the rights of others, or in a way that disrupts the normal operation of the system (abuse, automated/bulk access, etc.).

3. Free Use and Paid Packages

• The App can initially be used with a limited number of free analyses. Paid packages offer higher/unlimited analysis allowances per module, Pro PDF/Excel reports, and additional features.
• Paid packages are purchased NOT through the in-app store (Google Play/App Store) payment systems, but through a payment process conducted via our own website (kaderkodu.com.tr). After payment, your license key is assigned to your account.
• Package scope, quotas, and pricing may be updated from time to time; current information is available on the in-app Paywall screen and on our website.

4. Intellectual Property

The App itself, its design, its brand ("Kader Kodu" / "Your Miracle Code"), its software code, and its report templates belong to us and are protected by copyright. You may use the personalized reports you generate through the App (for the purpose of sharing them with your own clients); however, you may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App itself.

5. User Content (CRM Data)

The client information you record in your CRM ledger belongs to you (the consultant/account holder). You are responsible for the accuracy of this data and for obtaining any necessary consent from your clients. Details of how the data is processed are set out in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free. We cannot be held liable for consequences arising from decisions (personal, professional, financial, or otherwise) made based on the numerological interpretations produced by the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for indirect damages is limited.

7. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you have violated these Terms. Data you delete at your own request is permanently and irretrievably deleted.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be published on this page; your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Turkey have jurisdiction over any disputes.
